As you undoubtedly know, our sales and support teams work hand in hand to provide sustainable support for our educational partners. Our support employees are an essential part of taking care of our customers, and they are extremely important to us. Likewise, our sales team members are dedicated, passionate, and persistent—and they have been extremely successful. We have industry-standard sales incentives in place, and we feel they are working well, motivating the sales team to deliver consistently good results.
Given the above dynamics, we don't tolerate "abusive behaviors." We strongly encourage you to speak to your manager or human resources if you feel that unjustified things are happening so we can work to remedy the problems.
