ImmunityBio has also invested in thousands of LinkedIn learning courses that are free to all employees. There are courses that are recommended based on your job title, as well as, a full library to choose from based on your interest, which ties into professional development. At the end of every year, each department submits its proposed budget for the following year to finance. Their proposed budget could include items for additional professional development - this is also a conversational piece to be had with your direct supervisor in order to map out your career progression, and to plan accordingly. With any organization, communication is something that can always be improved and re-developed.
