Small company = tight knit relationships with your colleagues. Your opinions are valued and I learned a lot about screen printing, apparel design, sales and so much more!

Minpunten

At the time that I worked there a few people left the company but no replacements were hired for a while which increased the workload for everyone else.

Pluspunten

I’ve learned a lot during my time at Impress Ink and have been able to sharpen my skills in sales, customer service, apparel production, and creative problem-solving. The company moves fast, so there are always opportunities to learn something new and improve. The coworkers are also a big plus; supportive, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a great environment for growth and gaining hands-on experience in the custom apparel and printing industry.

Endurance really is the only benefit you get here.

This job was the worst job I've ever had. The boss would regularly pretend he wasn't the owner, would chastise everyone for minor mistakes, and then leave his own workorders unfinished, incorrect, or forgotten in some pocket of their system. He regularly threw others under the bus to make himself look better, all the while producing subpar work. Do not work for this company if you value your sanity. If you let him, he will push you to the brink.
