InMocean has a clear pattern of discriminating against women, and they continually protect predatory employees. There are less than 5 black employees, despite it being a large company. None of the black employees are in high-level positions. They did not send out a memo about Black Lives Matter. They kept employees working in the office until the day Cuomo ruled it illegal, despite already having the digital infrastructure set up for employees to work from home. They are demanding employees return to work when we are able to work from home which is a Covid-19 labor violation. Employees are expected to follow the owner's religious practices while in the office. For example, the office must be kept Kosher during Passover. No upward growth in company. High paying positions are given to their family members.
