One positive aspect I have to highlight is the camaraderie among peers. Despite the challenges, there's a strong sense of understanding and support among colleagues, as we all recognize that many of us are there due to financial difficulties. That shared experience creates a kind of solidarity that is genuinely a plus in an otherwise tough environment

My experience at this company was marked by a lack of real leadership and evident incompetence in management. The owners and C-level executives place their full trust in someone who, while having their complete confidence, is clearly not mentally balanced enough to lead in a professional manner. This results in daily meetings that veer off into irrelevant personal (occasionally sexual and very awkward) topics, creating a workspace where professionalism is sorely lacking. Additionally, there's no transparency with clients, as they're often given information that isn't entirely truthful. The lack of empathy and flexibility when it comes to employees' personal emergencies makes the work environment even more difficult.
