I worked with IHP for 6 + years as and have to say it is one of the most wonderful companies I have worked for in my career as a PA. they have a great support system. Work stays at work, doesn’t come home and tbh know their employees on a personal level. With little kids it was nice to be able to have coverage when someone was sick. Great experience all around. Would highly recommend this company to MAs, NPs and PAs looking for a company that pays well, provides job satisfaction and work-family life balance.

Benefits for part time employees would be helpful but this is not an industry standard across most healthcare.
