InMoment has managed to hire some kind and talented people, however, they do not know how to utilize them or keep them.
Minpunten
Riddled with politics, InMoment is a company just waiting to implode due to its inefficient ways of doing business, and unwillingness listen to their employers and put them first. The potential for career growth is very limited since they have flattened their organization with no room to grow. As a fresh graduate, you are not only getting taken advantage of with the shockingly low salary compared to other technology companies, but you are also doing unreasonable work above your pay grade that is not in the job description. The stress level is high due to a lack of resources and hiring freeze. Watch out, as you will often find yourself working 60+ hours a week with no recognition, and will feel like you are being taken advantage of. Management at the Director, VP, and C-Level are extremely incompetent and they are notorious for being lazy. What makes things worse is that they don't like to listen to anyone and often makes bad decisions. Watch your back as management will find ways to throw you under the bus for problems that really should have been their own after they have made a bad decision. The ones at the top seem to be the best at dodging responsibilities and accountability, and that is why they are at the top. From a technology standpoint, InMoment is mediocre at best. Their reporting platform is outdated, slow, and built poorly from the beginning of time. InMoment also has a tendency to oversell their technology to clients. The worst part about InMoment is the company routinely puts their employees in a bad situation by forcing them to bend the truth about how great the technology is. The company doesn't treat their paying clients with the respect they deserve, which is constantly bending the truth in an effort to buy the company time to fix the countless problems it has internally. Morale is extremely low across all departments, and there is a lot of unhappy employees being over worked and not being recognized for their efforts. Lastly, the CEO has is unapproachable, so don't expect to get your thoughts heard, and this seems to resonate with the rest of the management team.
