This is the place for you if you enjoy chaos, gaslighting, no strategic direction and a toxic work environment. Some notable mentions. - there is little to no strategic direction. Everything at the company is done out of desperation and in a reactive state. There is no tangible product roadmap and a complete absence of product marketing strategy. - ELT will solicit feedback, but has zero intention of actually listening or actioning upon it. Instead, they listen to and promote the same few leaders who are not actually performing and often times very toxic. Feels a bit like a boys club. - There are several really smart people at the company, but the company completely disregards their input, because they prefer no one challenge them (despite saying otherwise) - Everything moves at snail pace because lack of strategy leaving all of the sales and success teams stranded without clear direction. - ELT and a number of the senior leaders are toxic. They are only interested in self promotion and will throw anyone in their way under the bus. Save yourself the stress and emotional toll and go work for a tech company that is functioning.
