Pluspunten
I'm genuinely happy with my experience at InRhythm. First of all, they have been supportive, and pacient during the recruitment phase. Then they really went out of their way to make sure the onboarding goes smooth. I joined a project for a top company, and this has a few advantages: stable stress-free environment, practical perks such as cab, cafeteria access. In my team there are other InRhythm colleagues, so that's helpful for social and cross-help purposes. The colleagues on the client side are friendly and supportive as well, and I feel treated equally as one of their own internal employees. The work is interesting, and there is definitely room for learning and doing great things. I'm still relatively new, but so far it's been all overwhelmingly positive.
