Organizationally, InRule is like many other companies, There's Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success and Support, What I found so refreshing in my time there is that everyone lives the core values, particularly their One Team philosophy. Everybody has an opportunity to contribute and everyone gets recognized for those contributions. There was never a time there, especially in my early days when I was still learning, when someone wouldn't jump in to answer a question, teach a specific bit of the software or just generally check in to make sure I was getting everything I needed to be successful in the position. And that continued throughout my tenure there. Because there are so many ways for clients to use the technology, you are constantly challenged to learn and adapt - whether it's a particular technology, platform, architecture, vertical or specific implementation use case. I found that to be personally energizing as it kept me engaged in the goals at hand while having the independence and trust of my colleagues that comes with experience,
The executive team is solid and my co-workers were great to work with. Work environment is casual and laid back. Generous work from home policy and excellent benefits. Highly recommended.

Every software company has to deal with the ever changing technology landscape, challenging clients or unknown areas that require taking the initiative and having a can-do-it attitude. It's no different at InRule. Some people may view that as a negative, but I personally think someone with the right qualities and mindset to tackle those situations will most definitely excel at InRule.
