I knew how this company was beforehand and thought I could handle it. I was horribly mistaken Get ready to do things you never signed up for. The CEO micromanages everything and makes the daily meetings longer than it has to be with no progress being made. He will force you to make social media posts even if you don't have an account and get ready to spend an hour of him just going back and forth with the post itself. Don't get me started on the fact that the "employees" are just a bunch of interns. You can try to make suggestions about anything but he will disregard it and go on for another 5 minutes making excuses that don't make sense I can say a million other things but to put it simply, stay away. Even if no one else has accepted you, this mess of a company and management is not worth it. Please just keep looking, you will find something else worthwhile.
