Pluspunten

I worked with amazing people and learned a lot from them, so that makes the company a place where you can grow and learn. Flexible hours and the ability to sometimes work remotely. Friendly staff. The location of the company is not too far from the big cities like Dublin, Polaris and Columbus Downtown.

Minpunten

There's a gap between several departments within the company, and I hope to see that gap fade away.

• Open office environment makes good team dynamic and easy communication • Leadership is very personable, passionate and supportive • Great place to learn multiple aspects of running a business and be innovative • Flexible working hours with minimal micro-management • Fun team games and nice team gatherings

Minpunten

Sometimes the office is too quiet and makes me sleepy. Maybe we need a PingPong table here.

I don't have one reason why I should work there but I noticed they retained a fellow intern which is a good thing.

Minpunten

They are not willing to train young prospects, I had a special assignment and they weren't helping to better explain it being my first experience. I asked a lot of questions and they aren't too happy about that. I always believe as a newbie I could ask questions especially if I can't google myself out for a solution.

Thanks for your review! We were a very young company in 2017 and we shared office space with several employees. We have improved as we have grown-up so to speak. We have a training manual, videos, e-learning and hands on training now. We hired 2 interns over the years and we have 3 other interns working for us today.
