      If you’re looking for a company to work for that is the worst of the worst, then look no further. Disengaging leadership, discriminating practices, and micromanaging are all part of the package. This company couldn’t care less about its employees and their well-being. They will take advantage of you and your time, never giving you the respect you deserve. The environment is one of fear and intimidation, as there is no room for mistakes and poor performance. You’ll be micromanaged at every turn and will feel like your work is never good enough. Your ideas and suggestions will never be taken seriously and you’ll be stuck in a dead-end job with no hope of advancement. This company is the absolute worst to work for and you should stay far away from it.

      If you are able to survive the initial 90 days to 9 months, the bonus program seems robust.

      If you are unable to book a loan or move a relationship within the first 90 days…start looking for a new job. If you are behind your goals after 6 months (no matter the reason), be prepared to be put on a plan at 9 months and terminated 30 days later. Bottom line, do not work at InBank unless you can move business in short order. If you do not, you will be fired. There will be little to no communication of this fact from managers there due to fear of litigation. For example, if you find yourself in one of the above situations and ask what happens if you don’t comply with any demands made by management, they will not comment. If they do, if they communicate that you might keep your job if you fall short of their demands, they open themselves up to litigation…
