Minpunten
A sinking ship and a dead end with no room for growth or advancement. They exhibit EVERY case point example of what to watch out for when jobseeking. Here's an itemized list of why you should avoid this place like the plague: 1. All management is family owned. 2. Micro managing massacre. In 10 years Ive never had a better example of micromanagement overkill. 3. No clients coming in, but clients definitely going out. 4. There's no culture here. Management prefers a silent working environment so talking and team collaboration is frowned upon. 5. Working in silos. All communication comes from management to individual employee. Meetings held with individuals as opposed to group, especially with important decisions. 6. Management has a chip on their shoulder for anyone 30 or younger because they have kids that age range. 7. Theres no established process or procedure. Everything is rushed, and generally improv solutions are implemented. 8. Management will make last minute changes to client deliverables that have been approved and blame the team when it backfires 9. Theres no established list of services and the company claims to be a marketing agency. Theres more than a few clients billed largr sums monthly for low quality deliverables. 10. Team input is not valued. Knowledge, experience and insight is not taken into account. 11. The expectations here are highly unrealistic with a bar that is essentially unreachable. It demoralizes employees. Example: Employees are expected to have 7.5 productive hours every day. 12. No room for growth / dead end. No new hires in 1+ year. Only replacements for those who leave for greener pastures. If you made it this far, here's a good one. Time logging is so wild here that employees are expected to log time away from their desks, including bathroom breaks. I could write a book about why you should absolutely not work here.
