      Pluspunten

      The role I was placed in had a lot of autonomy. It was a remote position, so I was able to get work done at my own pace and deadlines did not seem so daunting.

      Minpunten

      Supervisor (CEO) only contacted me once a week for updates and most of the time I would have to initiate contact. I was given no direction. I was offered no compensation even though my role ended up being significant.
