Bad management..Advise please understand this is business

Loads of clever people, very interesting technology, and friendly atmosphere. Career progression was good for me, especially in terms of moving around the company.

When I was there, the CEO was absolutely awful and created a culture of nepotism. Luckily this CEO left before I did, and the current CEO is brilliant. I couldn't write any cons about the company other than the previous CEO and his clique.
