Pluspunten
1) More work, so things to learn initially. Depends on employee (how much willing he is to learn) 2) Helping team members (as and when needed) 3) Good training sessions timely (good way for skill updation) 4) Good cafeteria and terrace garden. 5) Once recognized well for your quality work, there is scope for more better opportunities.
Minpunten
1) Lack of fair judgement for R&R. (That is being used to retain employees who have given ultimatum to leave). Whereas, I think all employees sense it and that is making other employees (who may have worked harder) to actually leave the organisation. 2) Unfair working hours of different departments. Some are working 5-6 hours for same designation and money while others are working 9 hours and even beyond that (by working in home around midnight) for the same thing! 3) Low growth rate for employees who earn comparatively less. 4) After few months, work becomes extremely monotonous. With no learning at all. One has to search way to enter into a different process as to effectively let his skills utilized but that all depends on managers and cooperation from other team members. 5) Any advancement towards improvisation (by creating something to ease a process and save time) was seen as a threat. Maybe everyone wants it to go the way as it has been going (manually and time consuming).
