Incedo have started the Journey from Bad To Worse this year. This is the first company where new policy are introduced and HR folks have no courtesy to talk the Employee about the same. Employee get the information some hours back when the salary is credited in their account. 1) Worst HR policies 2) Appraisal part goes to bonus part, which is most of your appraisal percentage or for someone it may be negative 3) Bad Work life 4) Useless Manager with very limited knowledge 5) Hiring of upper Management and using the cut -off appraisal from employee appraisal to feed them Welcome to Bad to Worse Journey

Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
