1. Timely salary. 2. Good in-hand salary for freshers. 3. Many employee friendly activities are held. 4. Numerous training sessions are conducted for the employee betterment.

Minpunten

1. They don't have a well sought out plans for any fresher. they will deploy you in any kind of activity (development and Q.A) without thinking about your career and will expect outputs from you without giving you much training on the same. 2. Too much pressure on the team, Managers fool clients and give them idealistic timelines, which ultimately puts pressure on the team. no body takes responsibility and everybody blames one another. 3. Politics is imbibed in every employee of that organization. the more you show off, the more you show off the more become upper levels favorite. favoritism is everywhere. 4. The most important con is "THEY DON'T PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY KIND OF TRANSPARENCY" they will be extracting work from you, not even telling you that you are on bench. once their work is over they will give you 3 months to find yourself a new project. otherwise they will fire you. If you are fresher, and if you want to build up a profile, DON'T join this company. they can fire you at a very nascent stage.

Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

Minpunten

Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
