Pluspunten
Work life balance is good as company has less work and you will find enough time to search work for you. At the time of hiring, I was told that I will be doing a lot of Python automation. and that was the only reason I joined Incedo for Pune location. The day I joined, I got a hint by one employee that there is no Python work in the team I joined but every time I discussed with management, they told me to wait. And that time never came when I could work on python in Incedo. Finally after more than a year management also informed that there is no python work and I can take my decision accordingly.
Minpunten
1. HR doesn't bother if you take any complain to them. IN my case I raised my concern multiple time to HR but no action. 2. Management is not that technically sound.
