1) I got to realize how insanely competent I am, because the bar here is so low I tripped over it on my first day. 2)Learned how to lead without a leader. Pretty impressive, considering I was mostly led by confusion.
Minpunten
1) Promotions are based on favoritism and vibes, not merit. 2) HR: Functionally a ghost department unless it’s appraisal season — then suddenly they want to know you exist. 3)Leadership: More buzzwords than vision. They’ll say “digital transformation” 10 times a day but won’t approve a single tool you actually need.
