Pluspunten

At Incepture headquarters, our focus is to provide our clients with the most qualified candidates and to provide the best candidate and employer experience to our contractors. Working at Incepture headquarters is a great experience. Not only because we are able to help find people new opportunities and jobs, but also because of the culture. The culture of Incepture is family-oriented and fun. Coworkers and leaders become like an extended family. The work-life balance and the benefits are great. Senior leaders are about you not only as an employee, but also as a person. They are always available to listen, offer advice, or consider your latest idea. Spending time with your family outside of work is strongly encouraged and supported. Incepture offers flex-time and telecommuting opportunities. If you follow us on Twitter, you will notice we use the hashtag #Happy a lot. We believe happiness is the key to all great things. When employees are happy, there is more productivity and greater results are achieved.

Minpunten

Pluspunten

Opportunity to get a foot in the door at Florida Blue. Hourly compensation is fair.

Minpunten

Virtually no communication after orientation. Per Florida Blue, contractors technically are supposed to go through Incepture with scheduling changes, et cetera but oftentimes the line was blurred as to which issues need to be directed to where and whom. Some recruiters are more difficult to get ahold of than others, and some are inconsistent with follow up and/or follow through. Company "luncheons" are more about higher level information than information contractors really need to be aware of. Benefits are virtually nonexistent; one needs to work six months to accumulate eight hours of PTO time, which most end up using to offset weeks with non working holidays which for employees are paid for, but are not for Contractors. Contractors may be let go at any time for any or no reason at all and this is done generally via a telephone call in the early evening on a Friday. It can be nerve wracking knowing that even after work is over, you could receive a phone call for any reason at all or for none whatsoever.
