Pluspunten
The people are committed and I guess the staff deals on cars ain't bad if you're happy to do the whole pay-monthly model.
Minpunten
The business feels complacent and old fashioned. It is still male orientated, which in itself wouldn't be a bad thing, but sadly its male orientated in a way that's defensive, old fashioned and flat footed - where planning suffers lack of rigourous thought. They're well behind the curve in terms of maturity when it comes to putting their customer first and communicating a vision in a way that galvanises their employees. Basic levels of pay and annual leave are poor (22 days is ridiculous frankly, in this day and age). They see their staff as a 'cost' and bits of the business are very poorly resourced, creating a 'quickfix' culture.
