As a member of our team you played a key part in the success of our hugely diverse global business. During this pandemic our business strived to best support its employees and customers through providing PPE, enforcing social distancing measures and doing our best at preventing job loss and time unpaid. We did our best in order to not furlough staff unnecessarily however we evaluated any requests for this on a one by one basis. It is disappointing to hear that you felt unsupported by your direct management, we assure you that we continue to monitor and improve our business to keep our staff happy and healthy.
