I'm happy here, I have a great time and the people are great, Inchcape is now under a new Executive team which is more people focused and it shows. We now have more benefits across all jobs such as more holidays, and old school management techniques are slowly moving out. Big investment in tech to support our dealerships. The business is doing well.

Minpunten

IT is outsourced so it takes a long time to fix anything, and its riddled with incompetence and missunderstandings.
