Pluspunten
If the Ops Manager is still the same, he's extremely knowledgeable and patient. He's able to provide guidance and make difficult decisions to ensure the project runs smoothly. Colleagues are the only memorable part of Inchz especially when they share a similar mindset. From a day-to-day perspective, you get thrown into the deep end of IT project management of delivering RFID systems (IMS, AMS etc.); a niche, decades-old technology that's only being appreciated by the industry now. Be prepared to get up to speed on technical document writing, software QC, logistics, installations, UATs & FATs and most importantly the physics behind RFID.
Minpunten
Honestly, this should be a last resort for anyone. Your benefits are as dictated by law. Favoritism runs high when management can't tell the difference between a smooth talker and the one actually doing work. If you're a PM here, you find yourself saying 'Yes' first and figuring out the 'How'. Experience with HR? Imagine being asked by HR to be a 'gentleman' to remind your supervisor of your confirmation status since 'women are forgetful'. Its not every day you get a masterclass in demeaning your own.
