Pluspunten
-Biometrics/identity verification industry is red hot -Fast-paced, opportunities for rapid career progression /role mobility and high levels of responsibility if you push for it and earn it -Competitive salary/commissions for sales roles -Admirable mission of 'scaling trust'
Minpunten
-High growth means frequent restructuring, but that’s to be expected at a scale-up -No clear product vision/direction; at least this isn't being communicated across the company -Poor leadership; infrequent updates from top management - in the 6 months I was here, only 3 company-wide meetings/updates -Dishonest product marketing -Performance measurement can sometime be more focused on activities and less on outcomes/results, even if performance is @ or above quota; comes across as micro management for the sake of management / power assertion - can be understandable for a sales role but this is not how I personally like to work -The company’s technology is similar to other leading companies in the identity verification /KYC/AML space, so it sometimes doesn’t feel like you’re working on something special / breakthrough technology -I believe the digital identity market is large enough to afford many many winners, and Incode has a good shot of being one of those. Unlike how they claim, this is not a market like search/social media/marketplaces that only affords 1-3 winners because there are no built in 2-sided network effects
