- Top management is a two-man circus. One runs it like a factory floor - rigid, top-down, and built on fear rather than trust. The other fuels toxicity through repeated unprofessional behavior, reported more than once but never formally addressed - because consequences don’t apply to the co-founders’ circle. - Middle managers have no power. Decisions are centralized to the CEO, micromanaged by the CEO, and then handed back down for implementation. Strategy shifts without warning. Accountability is non-existent at the top, but expected from everyone else. The other partner will shout at you while pretending to understand the project and how to implement it. Don’t be fooled - he’s a caricature of leadership: clueless and ego-driven. - Basic politeness is optional for leadership. Greetings like “good morning” or “goodbye” don’t appear to be part of the CEO’s handbook - those luxuries aren’t for factory workers. His visits trigger visible tension in the office - people lower their voices and avoid being seen. That alone says enough about how this company is run. - Signed agreements? Performance-linked raises? They’re just tools to keep you motivated - until leadership decides they’re inconvenient. The unspoken policy: delay, ignore, frustrate until you quit or forget. - Cost-cutting is brutal and arbitrary. Teams face layoffs and pay cuts, but convenience for the leadership remains untouched - like a multi-bedroom CBD apartment, mysteriously exempt from all austerity. This "essential" expense isn't going to pay for itself... - The “startup” excuse still gets used to justify missing benefits almost a decade in. No meaningful bonuses, negligible health coverage, and zero flexibility - despite Singapore’s official remote work framework. The company mindset: you should be grateful just to show up. - Their “next big thing”, Nexade, flopped. Token price is down 75% since inception, and the hype didn’t outlast the coffee it was announced over. Token holders, our thoughts are with you. - Finally, the company’s reputation management is artificial. Fake reviews were so obvious, even Glassdoor flagged them.

The company operates out of Singapore, Dubai, Hongkong and India. Singapore - Headcount has been significantly reduced for cost efficiency. The location remains to be the global headquarters. The strategic overhead reduction in Singapore allows the company to maintain its competitive profit margins for suppliers, buyers and investors. Dubai - Established to better manage expectations of buyers especially those that are based in Europe and the USA. A strategic regional hub closer to key markets. India - Now home to the largest number of team members. India contributes both outstanding talents and lower overhead costs compared to singapore, dubai and hongkong. Hongkong - adds value by maintaining strong relationships with investors, HNWIs, and family offices, enriching company's structure and investor network. An extension of Singapore. The current team value professionalism. They truly care about their colleagues. From top to bottom level, the current team is helping shape a culture that is not toxic, but friendly, open, and engaging. Its a place where we can spend quality time with our family after work. Some former employees of the company fostered loyalty through informal channels which led to unhealthy team dynamics. A few disgruntled individuals have since taken Glassdoor to attack the company, its CEO, its members to tarnish the company's image. These employees actions show little regard for the colleagues and friends they have left behind - especially those still dedicated and working hard for the company. I believe these issues stemmed from hiring practices in the early years of the company based on trust from personal referrals or friendships of business partners rather than professional standards. As a result, some hires lacked the commitment to professionalism, integrity, and right manners.
