Pluspunten

Good working atmosphere, with nice employees. Lots of good free food, mostly junk food, but have lots of fresh fruit and cereal that is good to eat anytime of the day.

Minpunten

Repetitive hard work on a daily basis. Limited prospects, with lots of competition to win new leads, and to land paying clients. Seems like there would be zero upward movement at this company as an account executive.

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Minpunten

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
