It’s more about who likes you than actually being able to do the job. Favouritism is what gets you promoted. A certain demographic rise very quickly and will continue this way. A lot of colleague back stabbing to make themselves look better. No one is your friend. The strategy is lost. The company ethos is lost. No real direction because each department were not working together to ensure the best outcomes. Lots of big ideas whilst ignoring smaller issues which could have been easy to fix. No accountability from senior management. Too many redundancies and department reshuffles. No real understanding of the user journey and how to improve it.
