Politics - lot of politic, no one will back you and you are on your own from fay one 4. Work Quality - Quality of work is low and there is no defined scope of work for any role. You will find yourself trapped doing HR, Finance, admin work 5. No planning or discussion at the time of project allocation to any member. They will not even ask if you have bandwidth and will keep tagging you in project as they come. 6. They spend most of the time in documentation and audits which should not be the case.
