Work-life balance can go for a toss. The general opinion will be that it depends on the project you've been assigned, nevertheless, it really can go south. System pulls you up for falling short of clocking a 9 hour schedule, even if it is by a minute. No policies covering over-time (at least I've had none). Lack in organised project management. I've been extremely fortunate with how my application was processed and handled. However, I cannot say that for everyone, since I am aware of an instance wherein an applicant's candidature was put on hold saying that they could not afford the expected salary. This was said after everything - tests and interviews - and only because of rigorous follow-up with the HR.

The fast pace of work is great for young people. I found the work interesting and challenging. It's a fast-evolving company.

Does not have the benefits that a bigger, corporate company would. But if you enjoy the work, you can compromise on certain things.
