Pay is good, work-life balance is alright. They are ready to invest in technologies and IT infrastructure. Stakeholders were cooperative and ready and easy to work with.

Minpunten

Certain teams got more preference and recognition compared to others. IT management lacks support and clarity, they celebrate short-term wins too much and do not take criticism well. Teams do not work well under IT as well for any system integrations.

Upper management sucks, no action on any complaints, extremely low appraisal even during promotions, the window is between 7-8% which is an absolute shame. However extra work will be alloted to you immediately.
