      Pluspunten

      The best thing about working at Indicative is hands-down the people you get to work with. Everyone at the company genuinely cares about what they do, which makes it that much more rewarding to see the company grow. Because it is a start up and still a relatively small sized company, you can always offer your own opinions, ideas, suggestions, etc. and they will be heard.

      Minpunten

      Honestly, I don't really have much as a con. The only thing is that the platform can be tricky to learn/figure out, but the more you use it, the easier it becomes (like all things).

      - The product is amazing, and from the start something really easy to get behind and become excited about - Ability to constantly be learning and testing new things - Ability to really pave your own path in your career interests - Collaboration among the team. Everyone is quick to help out where needed, and most importantly fosters a culture where everyone's opinion is heard and discussed - without risk of uncomfortable backlash or unwanted arguments. Also, the sense of humor on this team is top-notch :) - Remote-work friendly

      Minpunten

      Much like any startup, you are doing A LOT all the time with very limited resources and tight timeline turnarounds. This is not something for everyone - which is OK.
