Unfortunately the word from the top appears to be "treat entry level people horribly." Either they'll keep you as a temp forever, saying they don't have the budget to make you permanent, or they'll bring you on salary and expect you to work 60 plus hours a week. Everyone here works hard and there's a lot of talent being squandered on menial tasks. No one in upper managementry prioritizes professional development or gives good opportunities to advance your career, they will just grind people up until they quit. Injuries from equipment, labor and repetitive stress are common and no one cares.
