Indium,oh what a heaven it was when I joined. I was part of the pilot team for a new domain Indium had stepped into. My team put their heart and soul into the work, we worked tirelessly for days and nights not minding the delayed or lack of payment of many night shift allowances and over-time payments. after 2 years the new domain setup now has over 200 employees. But more than the delayed payments, being ignored by the TOP management, the CTO especially, what hurts me most is the way I was framed for something not even remotely my responsibility. More than hurt or being shocked I was amazed to hear that I had become a 'risk' to the project I built with utmost care and precision. The dirty politics played by the Top person, the apparent ignorance of all this by the board and the pathetic accounts team that says they have no funds to pay someone, has reduced what could have been a wonderful workplace to a place where you can't live/work with peace. I'm saddened by all this as Indium has one of the greatest, if not the greatest manpower in one of the most promising domains in Testing. It is sad to see all of that going to waste.
