      Pluspunten

      Friendly employees around us. Co-workers will help you with learning languages which we can't learn through working in projects. At the beginning of 2020, there were around 50 employees but now it's just 15.

      Minpunten

      Most of the employees have left the company due to the bad attitude of management. No salary hike and will provide fake promises. Onsite job in Japan is the biggest lie, the management provide with. No good projects.

      I have worked with supportive team members. This is the only thing I liked at Indocosmo.

      Its not an employees friendly organization. All the rules are changed based on the management necessity
