I enjoyed the flexible work environment

Faced some of the same challenges many startup companies do

Only positive thing about this company is if you enjoy working in a Start-Up environment.

Since my time at this company I have seen more than 6 people get fired within 2 months of the role. The company's first reaction is to immediately fire if things are not going right. It is surprising how little this company cares about internal growth. They will look to hire externally before looking to promote within. There was 0 promotions during my time at the company. If you ask any former or current employee, the office/company morale is non-existent. Everyone is unhappy and I don't see the company attempting to correct this.
