      loved the people and company culture! It was a great place to work. I only left because I was leaving the country.

      Unfortunately I had an Area Manager that wasn't very well suited for the company (she is no longer there). She was unapproachable, played favourites and let her emotions drive the way she worked. This effected everyone on our team and how she treated people. Otherwise everyone else was great!I loved building relationships with my members and truly miss them.

      Honestly I really enjoyed my experience at this company. So much so that I have applied multiple times to return and work for them but they continue to send the automatic replies of "We went with another candidate" which does make me sad because I have all 5+ stars from all my former members about how they really enjoyed me running their location. I wish I wouldn't have left when I did but I had to due to personal reasons. Benefits are incredible, the Member Experience Manager position is really a great position and they pay very well (in my opinion). Honestly no complaints.

      Only that I left at the time that I did and I wish I was still working for them. I got to meet both Jamie and Justin and honestly I can say they are probably the best CEO's I've ever worked for.
