A lot of cons. When i joined this company i was offered a role which i never worked, i was forced to work other than my designation which was 2 level below. There is no hike whatso ever given during my tenure. HR and upper management brushes of stating that next year the hike would happen which never did. when confronted about this, HR would say that the HR i spoke to is not with the company and they are not responsible for this. Promotions and hike would be given to the people who don't work and who are close to the upper management. The word respect does not apply for the employees. Worst HR team.
