None. This is not a job, it is a cult. I did not get fired from here. I was a successful salesman. I just got tired of them trying to make me attend "Team Meetings" and charity events and doing all this cult-like activity (not the charity events, but all the POSITIVE stuff they do make you feel good ie through team meetings).

This is supposed to be a job, not a therapy session. This is a door-to-door sales job with no minimum wage and they ask a lot out of you. They ask you to attend a lot of fundraisers and charity events. As you can see from the reviews they are really negative - they blame you if you fail! Look up Multii-level Marketing schemes - which is like a Pyramid Scheme for workers - and you will get the gist of what this company is - a cult full of mentally ill people that live with their moms and dads. They literally always hire everyone and are always looking for the next sucker which is ironic cause they are the leeches.

I apologize that you had a negative experience with us. We do have a very positive culture and we feel that it's a great quality of the company. Philanthropy is something we value in our company. We believe giving back to the community and those less fortunate is important. Our excitement to do so has always been shared by employees. The company does team meetings so we can all work closely on common goals. We have a very high company rating and was ranked the 32nd best small to medium sized company to work for in the country by glassdoor. We were also ranked the 24th best small to medium sized company to work for in New Jersey by NJ Biz magazine. Lastly, we're not a MLM company or Pyramid Scheme. Although there is nothing wrong with the MLM business, it's just not our business model.

If you are looking to gain real world business skills and want to grow personally and professionally I would definitely apply to this company. I learned more working there then I ever did at any other company. If you have a negative attitude or below average work ethic I wouldn't apply, because you will not do well or fit in. The company culture is very positive and up beat, and everyone is very motivated and team oriented. You can definitely grow and advance quickly if you want to.

Parking. However, there is free parking that is less than a 10 minute walk.

First of all, I hate that I have to leave this company because of personal reasons. I completely couldn't control my emotions when I told my manager I have to go. Thank you for everything! I can't ask for more. Also, I want to say special thanks to my leader, he had taught me a lot and care so much about me. He even took me to couple business trips. The week before I left the company, he took me to a business trip to Virginia, but I didn't even have chance to say bye to him before I leave. It is super great that I had an awesome experience with the people here. I had learned so much that I never expected to. Especially they had shown me what is integrity and how to important it is to give back (e.g.help others). Everyone here are willing to help each other, the managers are always there for us and look for things that could help us in our career and outside the office. Everyone in the office is so hardworking, if you are lazy, this is not a place for you. In addition, the office had shown how they are social responsible, there were events we went out to help for non-profit to raise money to help third-world country children. If you are looking for a meaningful life and successful career, I will totally suggest you to meet these people. They are more than awesome by all means.

There is too much things that I have to learn and there isn't enough time for me. Also, things and work can be more systematic organized.
