Minpunten
You can call me dramatic or say I'm overreacting, but these are the truths. For anyone considering working here especially fresh graduates. Please think 10 times before applying! Don't trust the 5-star reviews here. They're made by HR itself to make it easier for them to recruit new employees. Expect sugarcoating in the interview. -Office Politics - This place runs on favoritism, not performance - if you're not in the "right circle," don't expect to grow. -Weak and Inconsistent Policies - Rules are a joke here especially WFH policy. -Boss Invading Personal Boundaries - Boss will pry into your personal life like it's their business. If not he will ask other person to know more about you. -Blame Culture - The moment something goes wrong - they'll throw you under the bus to save themselves. -Favoritism Culture - A select few get special treatment. No matter how they perform. -Gossip Culture - People act nice in front of you - then talk behind your back. Many colleagues also talk about how bad the management is.. -Micromanagement - When WFH, employees are required to frequently report their activities in detail. This creates a low-trust environment between employees, supervisors, and boss, making WFH feel less efficient and more stressful than working in the office due to constant questioning. -No Career Growth - with a lack of training or development opportunities to support employees' professional progression. -High Employee Turnover - People keep leaving for a reason. That alone should tell you everything. -Unrealistic Expectations - Deadlines don't make sense - but they still expect results no matter what. CEO just want to close the deal with clients without thinking the capabilities. -Unclear Job Scope - You're hired for one role - but end up doing everything else without extra pay. -No Recognition - Recognition appears to be driven by favouritism, with decisions made by the CEO based on personal alignment (penjilat) rather than merit. Those who are more assertive or bold often receive no recognition. -Weak Training & Support - They throw you in with less guidance - then blame you for struggling. -Constant Last-Minute Changes - Plans change suddenly - wasting your time and effort like it means nothing. -Unrealistic Interview Promises – Expectations are set high during interviews, but many are not fulfilled after joining. -Bonus? – The company's focus is on enriching shareholders and directors. Employees? Don't expect to see a slice of that profit.
