People are supportive, They support you, teach you how to do it. You learn a lot.

The pay is a bit less.

The boss was really great and very friendly, our projects and clients were always interesting and I learned a lot about what I would otherwise not have engaged with.

The pay is really atrocious. The training was also really awful. Most importantly, company practice of employees lying to respondents due to the company's unwillingness to pay for information was unethical.
