You have to be on the good side of the person that hands out the leads or you are screwed. Granted, a lot has to do with the industry and how commissions have gone way down. This job is 100% commission, so if your good accounts blow up, your next pay check is going to be a fraction of the size and you have to get lucky with new leads. Also, when they changed there business model they attracted a lot of accounts that don't generate commissions. Unless you have a friend or family member that can refer you a bunch of good leads it is hard to make a living at this firm. Plus they make it really hard to take days off.
