I've spent 10 years in corporate America and this is truly the best role I've ever had. There’s an onsite gym available, and we’re encouraged to use it, with the time and space actually given to make it part of our day. Our VP even created a fun wellness room for people to go to do quick meditations, stretch or take personal calls as needed. Most important for me a as a mom, the understanding and flexibility around family life means everything to me. I feel valued as both an employee and a parent, and that balance makes all the difference. As someone who works in sales, the benefits are significantly greater than other sales environments I've worked in and the company has incredible health insurance benefits.

There is a lot to learn at first, which can be a bit overwhelming when you first start but you start to learn the terminology and pick up on the processes. You don't need to be a designer or architect to be able to work here!
