Nothing, they just want to earn revenue as much as they can by your work....and by putting unnecessary pressure, no space for your personal life .......they want you to work like hell for even more than 12 hours a day and still they won't get satisfied...always hungry for more and more joinings, submissions, Revenue and when its there turn to pay the incentives and rewards these people put unprofessional conditions to torture their valuable employees.....in short I can't imagine to even refer my enemy in this company...... a worst place to work and to ruin your life professionally and personally

Thanks for your review and we regret that you had a bad experience with Infinity Quest. We challenge your statement above and we have always ensured that all our employees were paid their salary and incentives even during the pandemic. We have also ensured all the top performers were paid an additional bonus this year to encourage their efforts in spite of slow business because of pandemic. We do not want or encourage any of our employees to work for more than 8 hours effectively and we trust and strongly believe that anyone spending genuine 8 hours of effort towards their work will always meet and beat their monthly targets with ease. We strive hard to make Infinity Quest a better place to work for everyone and we will keep doing it until we ensure every last employee of Infinity Quest is happy working with us.

I had a contract with InfinityQuest (IQ) from 2018-12 to 2019-11 and it was a very poor experience. In the first day of rendering the services, I was informed by the client (not by IQ) that the contract location has changed. When contacted IQ for explanation, they said they didn't know about that. Couple days later another information from the client arrived, this time as an auto-generated email reading that there is a furlough in place for the second half of December 2018. This came as a great surprise since during the recruitment process IQ insisted on early joining the project as there is a number of tasks to take care of. I requested IQ to explain the situation to which they replied that they were not aware of this requirement. I wanted IQ to reimburse me for the non-working half of December but instead of some problem-solving approach they kept repeating "we didn't know" and finally they threatened to ban me for life from working for their client. Yes, I've got an email saying exactly that. I stayed on the project nevertheless since I liked the team and the project itself. In October 2019, IQ contacted me saying that they haven't been paid by the client for the last 3 months of my services. Further to that, they asked me to talk to the client to find out where the money are. Ridiculous and humiliating. I sent them a call for payment to which they did not even respond. Having wasted a lot of time, I finally received both transfers, October one delayed by 50 days and November one delayed by 20 days. This was very frustrating and a pure waste of time and effort. While I understand that different situations can happen in the business, respect and professionalism is what one would expect. This is definitely a missing piece for InfinityQuest. I know about other colleague who was treated by IQ even worse than myself.

Hello we regret that you had a bad experience with Infinity Quest. We always strive to keep our employees and contractors happy and deal with utmost professionalism. There are situations where the client ends up creating issues with contracts and payments due to which both IQ and our beloved contractors are impacted. In turn we have always ensured that our employees and contractors have been paid on time if the timesheets are approved. Also we also have invested several hundred hours on this very particular issue you have reported and have ensured all the contractors have been paid with their dues irrespective of the fact that the client haven't paid us. We strive hard to make Infinity Quest a better place to work for everyone and we will keep doing it until we ensure every last employee/ contractor of Infinity Quest is happy working with us.
