You will be aggressively underpaid. Take the low-end of your salary expectation, and cut that by about half. The expectation of the CEO is to force people to struggle for 2 years, perform at near perfection, and then maybe you'll get considered for a livable wage. New employees aren't offered benefits, equity, or reasonable wages.
The culture is non-existent. Management has two modes... lies or silence. You will regularly be lied to about mostly any topic you are concerned about... and if you press hard enough on a matter, you may see retaliation. HR will not help in this scenario. The expectation is that you sit down, shut up, and never ask questions.
