      Proyectos interesantes. Buen ambiente laboral. Excelentes compañeros en su mayoría. Actividades de integración divertidas.

      Minpunten

      Sueldos muy por debajo de la media. Evaluaciones injustas por parte de algunos de sus líderes. Micromanaging en algunos de sus proyectos. Se exige demasiado trabajo adicional en beneficio de la empresa además de con los clientes externos para así poder ser merecedor de puntos adicionales y de esta manera tener una evaluación favorable. Tiene ingenieros muy talentosos con puestos y salarios injustos mientras que hay personas en puestos y con salarios más altos solo por saber relacionarse.

      Pluspunten

      Honest and caring owners that would rather do things right even if it takes more time or more resources to do it. Doors are always open, even for taking with the CEO or any other high executive. They are fair and objectives; they really care about creating a great environment for their employees to grow.

      Minpunten

      The company is a medium size and growing company and is a little in the conservative side so they are still figuring it out grow paths for Tech Leaders, Principals and above.
