I’ve always felt empowered to make decisions and trusted to deliver, which makes a huge difference to motivation and job satisfaction.

Like any growing company, things move quickly and priorities can shift, so you need to be adaptable. It’s not really a negative, but it’s worth knowing that the pace is fast.
