Maintaining this culture includes ensuring that those we bring on board are a good fit for the role, not only from a technical standpoint but also from a cultural standpoint. It also includes providing both professional and social opportunities to all team members, because we understand that our people are much more than their job titles. When it comes to the compensation packages, these are carefully compiled by our hiring managers, Finance, and HR teams through evaluating market trends and candidate experience. We also remain committed to treating our employees as people first, which is why so many of our employees have been with us for many years, including many employees celebrating 10 years with the company, with some even reaching the 20 year milestone. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so.
